- For dense coats, such as poodles, afghans, american cocker spaniels, barb collies, double coats... the model A40046 extra long bristle butter brush is best.
The length of the long bristles allows to penetrate to the beginning of the hair to open and stretch the whole hair for a perfect finish.
The wooden handle is soft and pleasant to the touch.
