• Do you have a puppy that you want to bathe gently?

  • Challenges

  • Of all the grooming procedures, Bath time is undoubtedly the part that deserves the most attention. Puppies have particularly sensitive skin, but fortunately, all Special One cosmetics are safe for your baby thanks to their gentle and moisturizing properties. Bathe your puppy as often as you like; it's completely safe and gentle on their skin.

    If your dog's fur tends to tangle or mat easily: consider adding the 4 Elements Oils and/or Super Keeper.

• Breeders/Exhibitors/Competitors: are you aiming for the podium and need the best for your dogs?

  • Managing the hair growth phases and finalizing the best grooming on the big day that will allow the dog to make a difference in competition.

  • Growth phase

  • Wash your dog as often as possible, really! Even if your dog needs to have volume on show day, we absolutely don't want it on a daily basis: it's unnecessary and a source of knots or matting, so we reserve the puffy effect for competition days. Until then, let's help the coat grow without ever breaking. Our clients' dogs with the thickest coats are washed every 5 days: this prevents the coat from being damaged by dust and other external elements... and the bath with Special One will provide the coat and skin with everything they need to grow well, long, thickly, and healthily. Remember that hair doesn't regenerate... any damage is permanent...

  • The protocol is ultimately quite similar across all breeds: pre-bath mask (beauty action) & health) BIO ENERGY, plus one or more Integrators (e.g., 4-element oils + Hygro Fluid). Next, we opt for the gentlest shampoo possible. PROFESSIONAL BATH, This allows the hair to relax as much as possible, without putting any strain on it, thus preventing breakage and tangles. Here too, if possible, add the same oil-based ingredients as in the pre-bath mask. Finally, complete your bath with the ultra-hydrating and smoothing mask. HYDRATING CREAM which you will only rinse very superficially. If you have the 4 Elements Oils, add 20 drops; the hair will be even more nourished and coated. Blow-drying and brushing between baths should be done with the conditioner as much as possible. PINK MIX, always with the aim of providing optimal protection for the hair...

  • Show grooming

  • Based on three phases, namely BIO ENERGY -> PLATYNUM PRO (volume search) -> HYDRATING CREAM or EXTRA BODY CREAM. We will only use integrators with the Bio Energy, not with the shampoo. Then, the final mask (Extra Body and/or Hydrating Cream) will be applied in a small amount (1 small tablespoon/L) and rinsed out for maximum volume.

  • If you want to weigh down certain areas: prefer Bain Pro to Platynum Pro + use plenty of Hydrating Cream at the end of the bath + a few dozen drops of 4 Element Oils. Multifix can help you to fix certain shapes (volume or weight).

• The bathing protocol

  • Here is the common framework for all bath rituals with Special One. Based on the advice given above, and your expectations, you can quickly visualize the process that will be yours (presence or absence of phase 1 with the Bio Energy mask, presence or absence of oil-based Integrators, etc.).
